Pinnacle Rehab is well-versed in the use of audiovisual technology to ensure continuity when providing support and services. Maintaining clear and personalised communication with our workers enables our ability to provide excellent support and service to ensure they are achieving their goals in their return to work.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT APPLICATION
The Re-engage app is a digital tool that offers each worker the ability to connect to online services. Being smartphone-driven, the individual has unlimited 24 hour, 7-day access to services. Pinnacle Rehab is dedicated to linking people to services that are applicable to their individual needs.


LIVE CHAT
Real-time communication is essential to ensure our workers feel supported at any stage of their recovery. Our Live Chat function opens up helpful communication channels for workers and employers, particularly when English is a second language. We consider successful communication to be the pinnacle of exemplary and positive results.

Real-time SMS provides support in a fast, easy and intuitive manner. In addition to being readily available on every mobile device, SMS is now being expanded to add a more personalised experience and support for consistent day to day communication and essential reminders.
TELECONFERENCE
IShould workers and/or employers experience constraints or limitations with videoconferencing, Pinnacle Rehab can utilise teleconferencing. Teleconferencing is accessible to all and allows us to connect effectively with all stakeholders. Our focus is to ease any technological burden our workers and employers may encounter to deliver unparalleled service and continue motivating their day to day goals.
