We are committed to staff development and training, we provide our staff a professional, supportive and collaborative team environment and ongoing support.
When starting your new career with Pinnacle Rehab we run an extensive induction at our head office based in Crows Nest on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
We provide ongoing weekly training, daily support from your team leader and wider management team and a buddy system for shadowing opportunities to set you up for success.
Our training is ongoing and supportive to make sure you have the confidence and competency to be successful in your new role.
We also promote internally before going to market when new opportunities are available, if you are interested in furthering your career within a leadership role we offer inhouse training to develop your career into leadership opportunities.
